i got my new lens and want to try out the Fisheye effect and so i drove down to Kampong glam for some shooting. Kampong Glam has a very beautiful Mosque built 1826, Call the Sultan Mosque. Many tourists come and visit the mosque, not far from the Mosque is the famous street - Arab street. Arab street is a place to go if you are looking for fabric and silk and as you walk to Baghdad street you can find many restaurants and cafes.

I work some where very close to Joo Chiat area and want to go there to shoot some pictures but just that some how never get it done. 
Joo Chiat is a multi-culturalism place and you can find Malay Chinese Indians Eurasian and expatriates living within the area. you can expect to find variety of foods around Joo Chiat . like The famous kim choo dumpling (bak chang) and fei fei wanton mee and so on………

Last 2 days ago, i brought my family to the china town night market. Every year during the coming of Chinese New Year and this year is the OX YEAR. The Organizer will put up a flea market or night bazaar selling all sort of New Year ‘s goodies. If you interested about the history about Singapore China Town you can drop by to the Singapore heritage Center and learn more about Our history. Chinese New Year is part of Singapore culture and we celebrate with our friends from different culture, the important thing is that everyone got to rest during the Chinese new year, in Singapore as it is a public holiday for everyone. If you are coming to Singapore for Holiday during this period and maybe you can visit The China town. i suggest that you take the MRT, it is more convenient.
